Our 3 Peaks Challenge success!

We've raised more than £1000 for the Safeguarding Children team at Basingstoke & North Hampshire Hospital providing support services for children and families in the North Hampshire area.

The Safeguarding Children team based in the hospital provide a specialist service for children who have been the victims of crime. It is able to support children and their families in a dedicated child friendly suite, using the skills of trained paediatric medical and nursing staff.

In addition, the service is able to support the welfare of children of all ages coming through the hospital.
It's then able to continue the support into schools with the hospitals school nursing service, and into the community with health visiting liaison service.

Funds raised will be used to provide much needed resources to help these very vulnerable children cope, and to provide families with the ongoing help they need to support their child.
